So I had bad anxiety tonight, I had "scary thoughts" and was over thinking everything, and yeah. Anyway. The point is that I found that watching Michael McIntyre really distracted me. It doesn't have to be him obviously if you don't like him, just whatever your favourite comedian is!

Now I'm happy(ish) again! :yesyes:

Yeah comedy is a good distraction and can take the seriousness out of things a bit, I recently went back on citalopram 10 mg after about 2 years and been feeling bit anxious and strange at times, (forgot how it felt), so will put some comedy on as I can't sleep.

You look lovely by the way,

Best wishes

Steph :)

I like watching comedy programmes like Mock The Week and Have I Got News For You - they always make me laugh. :)
