lump at top of spine

i'm sick of worrying about everything. Lately another thing I've been worrying about is that at the top of my spine it kind of sticks out a little....after googling I'm worried I'm starting to get a hunch back. Does everyone have like a raised part of their spine at their lower neck that sticks out slightly?:blush:

Mine is the same and I know one of friends was saying the same about hers a few weeks ago.

Thank you I've been worrying about this for weeks and last night I just couldn't sleep worrying about it

I think mine may be because with my job I have my head bent forward a lot (teaching children 1-1 Head bent over desk). My friend asked a physio and was told it was bad posture...she has the same job as me.

I think my posture is petty bad and something I s Gould work on. It really scared the crap out of me when I felt it. Thanks for te reply I do appreciate it x

One of your cervical vertebra in your neck (I think it's C4) is meant to stick out further than the others. When doing dressmaking or clothing alterations it comes in handy as a place to take certain measurements like the centre back length etc from :)

I have this it never bothered my before but when I get anxiety I fear I'm getting a hunch back too. Good to read this and see quite a few people have it

This site is wonderful for reassurance as last night I really had convinced myself it was something really bad!
