what on earth is happening! clear stuff coming out of my bum?

Last night i wasnt feeling too good and couldnt stop going to the loo! and this morning i felt something strange so went to the loo and some clear stuff with some poo in it (sorry) was there too! why is that happening?! x

It sometimes happens after a tummy upset and is nothing to worry about.

Thank Goodness, Im at work and I was hoping I wouldn't have any ''mishaps'' today! hopefully all will be well again tomorrow as its my birthday and dont want to spend it on the loo!! x
