Hi,

Im new here, how-ever not new to panic or anxiety,my gp diagnosed me with GAD afew years back and have done councilling and CBT which helped alot and i have been alot better past few years even tho at times it does raise its ugly head at times.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Welcome to the forums, I was diagnosed with GAD in August. I'm doing CBT at the moment too.
