Hi, just wondering if anyone has ever had what I can only describe as like a tickly stomach cramp, not painful it's almost like a nervous sort of cramp in the stomach sometimes it can kind of take your breath away and also I know it's anxiety coz my shoulders were tensing up aswell it's almost like a load of adrenalin, just it's the first time I've had it in 10 years since I got anxiety and am wondering if anyone else had this???
