Hi everyone,

Looking around the site anxiety, panic disorder and depression seems to effect women more than men.
The illness can restrict some more than others and those who live alone may suffer more than others.

If this has been discussed before, kindly direct me to that particular thread, if not I would like to give my 30 year battle and hopefully get some response for help.

I could be my own pyschiatrist.:winks:

Not sure if this topic has been discussed before or not, but it is interesting. Come to think of it I do remember taking part in a similar thread about a month ago. I think a lot more men are not willing to come forward and talk about their feelings as women are. It is not deemed masculine, you would think in the "PC" world in which we now live in that it wouldn't matter anymore. I hope topics like this and this website will encourage more men to come forward and discuss their anxiety/depression. By the way, I'm not yet over 60, some days I feel it, but don't hold that against me.:D
