This is a strange one!

Ive been experiencing this for a while now but I'm now wondering what it is and why I get it.
When I sneeze my heart rate increases alot, if i have a sneezing fit it can end up in a panic attack because my heart is going so fast and it makes me panic. I do suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. Is this a normal thing? What are the connections of sneezing and heart rate, any?

I think because such a rapid response is happening in your body, and your anxiety is high, your body reacts when something sudden happens. Whether it be sneezing or not. You're on edge. It's perfectly normal.

Hey, I actually know what you're talking about! I noticed that when I sneeze my heart races, and if I sneeze more than once I actually have to take a minute or two to calm down because I'm scared that my heart is racing too fast! I think our hearts normally speed up when sneezing anyway, we're just focusing on it more than everyone else.
