buzzing sensation

Hi last few days Ive had this odd buzzing sensation in a random spot on my body which comes and goes and maybe last about 5 seconds at a time, this is acompanied by the muscle twitching still, I know with out looking it up that the buzzing is anxiety but I guess I just need some reassurance.

Sounds like anxiety or maybe an irritated nerve?

I don't know, I always advise people to ignore things, which I probably should with this, but I can't the more I think about it the more it's there, not going to let it get to me though....I hope

I have lots of internal buzzing and twitching when I'm anxious and have had for about 2 yrs

do you have an idea of what you think it might be? it does sound like anxiety hun

I have no idea I think it's anxiety, just my head wouldn't let me think that, it's really annoying :(
