Faint and burning sensation

Hi I'm 23 and have ha, just been to asda felt fine until I was walking and began to feel faint then had a burning sensation through out my body? I managed to control it but can anyone relate to this, now I'm worrying something's wrong? Tia x

I have it too when Im stressed, like right now. plus ''pin'' sensation. They are related to anxiety. dont worry
