Can anyone else feel a lymph node in this area?

I'm absolutely terrified it's lymphoma or some kind of oral cancer :(

Yep, loads of nodes and nodules and lumpy bumpy bits. Stop touching and feeling around there :) it's a dangerous occupation and it made me think 'oh my' I've never noticed all those lumps in my neck before - 'what if .....' and I haven't got health anxiety:doh:

Me too for a long time and no problems. Sent myself over the moon with feeling those areas.
