hi can anyone relate, every morning on waking i feel ok then i get up and as soon as im stood in my kitchen i feel out of breath, and then of course i worry after a while it settles but it feels like im an old woman for a while, i do smoke and i suppose it does get slightly worse when i have a fag, is it due to smoking ?

As a smoker I can relate a little to your symptoms, I usually cough for a minute or two in the mornings. The breathlessness could be your anxiety, or it could be from smoking cigarettes, best to get it checked out by your doctor.

my breathing is funny at times. but i don,t smoke. cud b sumthing to do with u smoking.....it,s also getting colder don,t kno bout u my anxiety is worser in colder months. x
