thank u so much. im calm at mo but last nite & today i woz pancky. well ad panic atak last night. x

well i av two demanding kids & wen my oldest woz born i woz in & out of hospital with pancreitas & gallstones. plus post natal depresson with the both of them. alls well now though. but its all left me with stress,anxiety & panick. just terrible.. how about u caroline? x

Hi fruity. sounds like you have been through the mill and back. I suffer with GAD. Negative thinking that leads to physical symptoms. I do have good and bad days but just lately more bad than good. I do try and help myself by going for walks, meditation, reading and of course being on this site. Hope your having a good day. xx

thank you caroline. yes all those things u mentiond help you they help me to. im always thinking the worst. though.i,ve had an okay day today but you know still anxious. feel pretty good at the moment . hopefully that don,t change. . are you okay!
