hi all, i am new to this site, i googled sertraline forums and this site popped up. I was on citalopram for some years, i have just had my medication changed to sertraline "there was really no option" as i am not managing well at all, i have been diagnosed with p.t.s.d and my life is really bad at the moment. I started taking sertraline saturday so i am relatively new on them, i am feeling worse now than before does anyone know how long it will be before the medication kicks in and i will feel better please?
