i all of a sudden went hot and clammy and a bit dizzy. and felt i was going to stop breathing just for a split second. still feel clammy. i don,t like things like that. i was wearing an hat though to keep my head warm. maybe the heat over took me

I get this a lot, even when it's cold!
Besides anxiety, being hungry or not have eaten in a while, low blood sugar can make me suddenly feel dizzy but with a feeling of weakness and I break out in a sweat. Feel a million times better after I eat or even have a cup of hot chocolate, soup or sweet tea.
Being even slightly dehydrated can cause anxiety symptoms too, so maybe a cold drink would help.
Nothing serious is wrong : ) it's just one of those things, anxiety can cause you to feel hot and sweaty and dizzy.
