hi there, I suffer with many anxiety related symptoms all of which I manage to cope with. (to some degree!)
recently I found a lump on my throat which i went to my gp about, its going to take 14 for my referal for it to be looked at! Since then the lump as gone, and now I seem to be expriencing a strange bitter/metalic taste in my mouth and dry ish sensation which comes and goes and sometimes i seem to be producing more saliva? Has anyone else had anything like this?
Its so hard with all the symptoms that relate to anxiety to know whats going on with the cycles of symptoms and the brain tricking you into thinking are these feelings really there at all?
Im so confused and worried about seeing my gp again, any help much appreciated.
Thanks, alison xx

I had this but it was slight gum disease. Have you got slightly swollen gums with it? Might be worth seeing your dentist. I was told to use an electric toothbrush, floss and a mouth wash designed for gum disease & the tatse went within days. Its a build up of bacteria. Obviously yours might not be the same thing, buti think stress can make it worse because it still comes and goes for me & i have to up the flossing. But the tstate is fowl.
