would like some hugs please!

Hi all,

As you know been struggling with my health, my asthma. was on the mend until last night. Before going to bed, went to the ladies-room, while climbing the stairs, I started to feel very unwell, when I got to the top of the stairs,just managed to the ladies-room. on the way back out I had to sit on the floor, I went all weak and my chest was so tight, and painful, couldn't breath, it was a struggle, I had to get my sister to call 999 for ambulance, got oxygen, nebuliser which helped very much.

at hospital dr gave me steroids and reassured me that it was a bad asthma attack. I feel so exhausted, back at my sisters. I feel i've went 10 steps back, now to get better. resting at present.

I just feel I need some hugs. I would appreciate this thanks.
