Interesting, I wonder if I have some oats for breakfast tommorow with a banana and some almonds with a green smoothie, followed by a nice smiley walk in the woods and a glass of water I'll have a super boost making me high. lol. Only joking, thanks for the info. I never knew that some of these ingredients naturally boost serotonin. I do eat a lot of bananas though and they don't seem to make a difference. I must need to eat a whole tree load. ha.

This is interesting and will try to do more of these...Not sure about the green smoothie though :scared15: I have Epsom salts for my bath :)

I don't know about the foods so much, but I have found that a nice brisk walk - especially in the crisp air we're getting at the moment - helps me to feel better :)

My herbalist (seeing him for anxiety & migraines) mentioned to me on Monday that green leafy vegetables, and brassicas especially, are good for me particularly.
