Hi everyone, I just joined this forum because I feel like I could really do with some support right now. I have been an emetophobe for as long as I can remember. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night I woke up feeling more ill than I can remeber for a long time. I was convinced that this was it and I was actually about to be ill, but hung on and the feeling eventually went away. However now I am still really nervous and upset and worried that it will happen again at some moment. I'm just sat here and don't know what to do...
