Cannot get in chat room help

The problem is I do not have java that's why I cannot get in

Can you not install Java Mands?

I have a iPad so cannot install java on it
But just realised my son has a laptop so going to try it on that

Manda, was it you who had the iPad? If so, the iPad cannot support java unfortunately, you would need a laptop of a desktop or an alternative tablet to get into the chat room using java

Yes I've the ipad, did try on my sons laptop and cannot even get it on there:welcome:doh:

What browser are you using on the laptop? I have sporadic problems in mine, initially java related, then every now and then I would have to clear my browsing data, or sometimes simply restarting my browser would help. (I use chrome by the way)
