I just wanted to ask what works for you guys when your anxiety gets really bad? I've tried distraction, deep breathing, meditation etc. but nothing works for an extended period of time. I'm frustrated by the constant worrying about illnesses that seem to change day by day(yesterday it was kidney failure).

How can i not worry when i get all kinds of physical symptoms, even when my anxiety is at relatively low levels? I wanted to be a doctor since i was 11(i'm 17 now), i read medical books in my spare time(think that may be my problem) but now i'm seriously reconsidering.
