Anyone have any experience of using the "Magnetic Bracelets" to help with mental health?
I don't think there is any proof that the small amounts of magnetism they contain makes any difference to any kind of illness. With mental health problems it is probably more of a placebo effect than anything.
If they really worked, the NHS would be giving them out
