Does there have to be a reason for panic attacks... Or is there something on our minds that we dont realise?

I was on holidays recently and got sick while i was away. being my first time away from home I felt anxious and home sick. My stomach was in a knot, shallow breathing, force belching and shakey.

Being home a while, I still feel like this sometimes when im outside the comfort of my own home.. like in a hotel , friends house or nightclub.

It comes out of nowhere even if im not thinking of it.

Is this common? Or am I still frightened after being away that its in the back of my mind?

any replies would be great :)

It can just be disposition, then a trigger when you're in a bad state of mind, then the disorder which feeds off itself.

If you haven't been away from home much before then you are bound to feel anxious, but as you do it more and more it gets better. I used to be like this before I was confident enough to go to parties and nights out, and now I live away from home.
