Hi all.
Hoping for some advice or other experiences.
I've been off work for around 7 months now due to severe depression and anxiety. I've not really been doing that much. I walk the dog a lot, I managed a week in my caravan (but mainly chilling) and I do housework/odd jobs etc.
Lately though when I've been out I've been feeling really weak legs, like there's nothing to them. I can feel the emptiness in them. I know it's classic anxiety but I'm wondering if not being at work and not doing a great deal (previously did 50 plus hour weeks) is another cause.
When I go up and down stairs or get up after a while sitting I'm so unsteady and wobbly.
I'm due to go for a neural exam in January but blood tests thus far have come back nomral.
It's rather irritating
