New to this forum.

I suffered from panic attacks a few years ago, but then they suddenly reappeared from nowhere. I used to get chest pains constantly. Now this symptom is feeling dizzy and palpitations. I panicked and thought it was a brain tumour or something just as serious.

Saw my GP and he reassured me that it wasn't a brain tumour, but panic attacks. Can a panic attack cause dizziness continue for a long time? I've had the dizziness for some times now, having good days and bad days. Anyone else have the same symptoms?

HI pan
I had panic attacks 23 years ago and they startedup again a yea rago - worse symptom is dizziness and breathlessness - I hyperventilate (panic breathe) all the time which makes me feel weird and dizzy so yes it cant go on for a while.
I am learning how to relax my breathing - not easy but it wil help!!

Good luck and feel free to pm me anytime.
