Hey everone,

Incase anybody is interested, I've just been flicking through the tv channels, and there is a programme called Science of Fear on at 9pm British time on Discovery Science. Not sure if it's going to be any good, but it sounds interesting.

Hi Becci,

I found it quite interesting. They explained how fear works. Talked about the amygdala and it's function in the fight or flight response. conditioning and association. They did some experiments too. I would have liked it to be on for longer to be honest. It was on for an hour. It might be repeated again. If I see it advertised I'll put a note up one here.
