So, I had a bad relapse of anxiety again, started about 4 months ago. Got to the point of not leaving the house. Had a bad break up with my boyfriend and went really downhill. Since sunday I have just been feeling miles better!
I have my CBT appt sorted, I went out to the shops yesterday and went out with a friend today and have been out the house all day :D
Im really proud of myself.
I still had the odd moment of 'what if this happens' and feeling a little uneasy and anxious but I soon took my mind off it. Im back on the mend (fingers crossed) still going to have the weekly CBT as I still get those horrible thoughts.
I am feeling better and I hope it stays this way. Thank you to everyone who has helped me on here, I will continue to help others :D

Thank you all for the replies :D
Im trying to stay positive and if I do feel bad, I remember its just a feeling and I can feel good and happy. I feel better when I'm out if I am happy and to just think to myself 'I'm only out, nothing is different and nothing will happen to me' I have all these little sayings :) A panic attack is the same at home or in the shops. I'm just hoping I can just get better from now on and not have a relapse again. Thats where the CBT helps, I just keep thinking the worst and waiting for things to go wrong again.
