I have come down with a cold and I have been feeling unwell all day.
Just sitting here thinking (at the end of the day) and I was surprised that I have not thought at all today about my other anxiety symptoms (belly ache, back ache, mouth, headache and frequent urination).
So by having this cold, it has proven quite a lot to me today about how anxiety controls our minds and with distraction it can be done.
I suppose when the cold has gone, my mind will re-focus on symptoms but it's been an experience today feeling symptom free (apart from the cold).
It also proves how nice it would be to live a normal life like non anxiety sufferers.
