Hi i joined in September but havent posted anything yet until now. This seems like a brilliant site and i am hoping to communicate with many 'like minded' people. I suffer with chronic anxiety which also consists of ocd which i have had for about 16 years. Thanks for reading :)

your welcome.. I also suffer from chronic anxiety and panic attacks amongst other things :doh:. If your ever struggling with anything, just pop it on a post and someone will answer you. It has helped me a lot over the past few weeks x
