scratchy eyes

Aaaggghhh I've been so good lately, so good and I've only managed to go and find myself a new obsession. It first started with one eye feeling scratchy. I was
told by the doctor that I had scratched my eye ball and Given drops. Now the other one feels the same, sore and scratchy, and I'm obsessed with it. does anyone else get a sensation like they have something in there eye due to anxiety? Could my body be tricking me, ... Again?

are you taking any medication? One side effect that they don't tell you about is dry eyes .... i suffer from these very badly!

Not taking any meds at all. But there is something in me that just feels like I might be doing "it" again.
