I was taking 1 40 mg propranalol a day but i found myself lacking to much energy and it made my eyes really dry soo ive completely stopped them now and im absolutely fine ..... But i have a meeting tonight and im anxious about it and i dont no weather to take one or not lol argh ! x:noangel:

Sorry it's probably a bit late, but I would say yes, definitely take it.

I take 160mg a day and I do get very dry eyes. But it's well worth it for the reduced anxiety (and Tesco Eye Brightener is the best I've found!).
