Pain on lower left of stomach! Please help..

Hey guys on wednesday night I had a bad case of IBS, which I usually do when i eat something naughty. Anyway usually it comes and it goes and I am fine but this time its gone and left we with a really really sore stomach in the lower left hand side of my belly I know its not appendicitis as its on the left not the right, and it feels as though i've done sit ups or i've been punched does anyone have any insight what so ever? This would be so great!

The lower bowel is there so it is probably pain from that

when ive had a flare up from eating something wrong i get that feeling like ive been in the gym for hours can get it both sides of my stomach or sometimes just one side x
