pain in shoulder blade, neck, foot .. pinched nerve or worse???

hello everyone,

about 1 month ago i did yoga and i got on my head trying to do a pose i was not ready for and since then i have had a pain in my right shoulder blade and it only hurts when i lay in a certain position, when i move my neck around etc.. it does not hurt normally. i also have a weird feeling in my right foot and in my right hand i felli like my fingers are stuck and tingles. I am freaking the hell out thinking i have lung cancer or something more serious. I think it might also be a pinched nerve.. I am 27 and i have health anxiety and it is starting to affect me more then i can bare. I cry all the time because no one seems to understand what goes on in my mind.

If anyone has felt this before please give me some comforting words..

My dad has lung cancer and to reassure you had none of your symptoms, sounds like the yoga has done it xx

it sounds like you could of trapped a nerve and on top of that anxiety aswell, but get some reassurance see your doctor xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:hugs:
