Bowels feel like lava. Does anyone get this?

I have noticed quite alot that my bowels feel really hot and it burns and also when I go to the toilet. I notice that my tummy gets a hot lava feeling too.

Its really annoying because it also makes my lower back really painful. I didnt eat anything unusual and nothing spicy.

Does anyone else get this too?

Aye that's methane that is. If it's overly painful and you have diarreoghy stuff a lot too then check with the doc...
