It shouldn't be too busy, I don't think there is a football match on. Wetherspoons is on the outside of the station, so you miss all the human traffic. Just treat it as you would going out to work.

Try not to worry, I've been to a few meets in Newcastle and the first time was of course anxiety provoking but just remember it will pass! People understand exactly what you're going through so are very understanding with each other
