I'm thinking of asking my doctor for this to help me move house, I'm housebound and I'm absolutely dreading the move, its in 6 days and i was gonna ask the doctor if I could have something just to help ease me and help with this house move. I chose to ask for ativan because it's the best when breastfeeding cos it leaves the system quicker. Any thoughts?

If you have never taken Ativan or any similar drug it may well be effective. British Airways give it after consultation with cockpit and health advisers on the ground, if they are sure the person appears to be having a panic attack whilst flying. You are right it is a short term drug and the worse effect should be that you will feel tired that evening.
