I keep getting these pains in my head, that start from my neck(like deep inside) and move to my head. Went to the doc today and he said it was due to tension, i felt better for a while but now i have head pain when i try to swallow(throat muscles are also tight. The neck muscles on my left side are stiff and i only get the headaches on that side. I'm also having this tickling sensation in my throat/head. Can tension in my neck muscles really cause headaches this painful? Googled upper neck pain and came across stuff like tension,strain,infection or tumor. The last two are what are worrying me.
