pins and needles :(

:hugs:Panicking again!!! Pins and needles started in my left hand yesterday evening whilst at work, by 1030 last night it was in both hands and forearms. I started worrying but managed to get to sleep. Woke this morning and couldn't feel it but as soon as I started thinking about it it came back. I worried sick its something wrong with my brain. Has anyone else experienced this. :ohmy:

Coul this be related to migraines. I had a long lasting one last week. Haven't got a headache today. Can anxiety induce migraines? X
