Just wondering if anyone else stresses about this.
I find it the most difficult thing, because although I don't panic about my own moles, I do rather about my kids.
They have a wonderful variety to stress about - big ones, little ones, red ones, brown ones, darker ones, raised ones and flat ones, two - coloured ones as well.
I find the media hype really difficult, because you are meant to look for ABCDs - but loads of moles have one of these anyway. Also moles change during pregnancy and adolescence anyway.
I find that it rules my life at times. I wish I could defeat it. Any thoughts?
