depression back :-(

I thought I had got better the past few months, but depression is back again. I felt like I was going to really crack up sunday then all I wanted to do is sleep. Ive even done abit of self harm but not to actually kill myself.

it it made worse by winter light levels? Mine is. I have to remember to turn on my light box occasionally...

And yes I think it maybe worse now since it darker
