Can anyone recommend anything for piles?

I bought some cream at the weekend and I cant remember the name i think it was germ something? Anyway it did not agree with me and it burnt so I cant use it. Iv used Anusol but doesnt really help. Even though my pile is always there I want something to stop the feeling of like bulging or pressure kind of x

I would go to the doctors and ask for proctosedyl oinment. It s the only one that has ever worked for me.

You can get it otc but it is a lot more expensive than on prescription...last time I got it otc was about 16 years ago and it was £10 then! I get it on prescription now.
