Hey all

Hi all. Didn't think that I had a problem till reading up about it and also the fact that I am getting worst.
I worry about everything. The slightest things get me into such a mess. I think the worst of things and get myself worrying about that.
I have thyroid problems which doesn't help at all.
At the minute I feel like giving up as I cannot cope with day to day things at the minute.
Hoping this site will help me!
