Feeling bad

After a shocker of a weekend - I decided on Sat night to take a 2mg diazepam and I started to take my mirtazapine again. Felt a bit better yesterday, but feel really dizzy and spaced out today - I guess its just the mirtazapine working its way back into my system.

Felt soooooooooooooo sick - so could not face starting my new meds (Sertraline), as I know the main side effect is nausea - especially as I know full well that mirtazapine never made me feel sick.

Dragged myself into work this morning, feel a little less sick, but got bad tummy ache now.

Sorry for moaning - just feel terrible :(
