Been for retina examination at Eye Hospital

I've posted before about my horrible eye symptoms.
Floaters, Flashes, one pupil bigger than the other, blurry vision, headaches etc

So today I had an appointment at Moorfields eye hospital.
I very nearly backed out and cancelled, but somehow took
A big breath and went.

Great news........ I do not have a detached retina!!!!
I'm so very happy, over the moon in fact.
The doctor was wonderful as I sat there shaking and panicking
He explained that my symptoms are very normal, and that my
Eyes look fine.
The pupil thing is Aidies Tonic pupil and very common but harmless.

Anyway. I've just scoffed a fresh cream cake to celebrate !!!!

Glad to hear you got a diagnosis. I have that too, had it since my early 30's. From what I have heard it affects mainly women and I was told it was caused by possibly a virus or stress :hugs:
