how do I tell my chest pain is caused by anxious but not the sigh of heart attack??

Kinda worry now.i can feel pain in the cheat occasionally.how do I know it's not a heart attack?

I would say for you to be coherent & be able to get around & use this forum etc then it probably will be, also think back, have I felt this way before? If you have you should be fine

But on the other hand, if you think it's bad, you should ring the emergency services for chest pains!

You'd definitely know if it was a heart attack.

Do what I did.. Go to docs they will listen to tour heart answer chest.. As other posts say u would know if it was a heart attack

Very true you certainly would know as I know having had two over the years.

Any prolonged and intense chest pain, even if in the end it is not a heart attack, there is only one thing anyone should do and that is ring for an Ambulance not your Doctor. Your Doctor will tell you the same.
