Hi folks
Just to let you know that Yvonne is poorly at the moment and receiving hospital treatment for her Athsma and a clot.
She sends her love to you all and hopes to be back with you in the next few days.

Hi Yvonne so sorry you are in hospital. It is the best place for you at the moment. I had a feeling that your chest pain could not all be down to anxiety and panic but I am not a doctor I I did not think I was in any position to say so. Just because this is an anxiety forum it does not mean that we don't get physically sick from time to time. Rest, rest rest and you will be back with us in no time. thank you everyone for all your get well wishes & hugs. im home at my sisters, still can not manage the stairs. a lot better than i was before, i was a bit shaky when out this evening. still breathless, will take time to get better and on my feet.
going to take it easy. I have lots of appointments this week. will be taking my time between appointments.
Glad you are on the mend a bit, take care. Good to see how you are getting on. x

not been doing too good, caught the cold, went into my chest, feels like went back 6 steps every time I get better a little, I get worse.. now getting extra support, attending the asthma clinic at gps practice more regular, might have to change my inhalers.
dr King referring me for cpn, for extra support as I need it right now.
How are you Jo?
Oh dear poor you Yvonne...you need a change direction you really do!!
Positive about the cpn so lets hope that helps.
