[8D]Hi all,
Ive used the site a few times over the last few months but have only just joined the forum.
I suffer from anxiety, mainly related to health issues, and have had some really bad panic attacks (lots of physical symptoms) lately over the last couple of months. They have been so bad I had to give up my job a couple of weeks ago. Never been out of work so feeling low:(
I have three boys aged 5, 4, and 9 months.
Feelin ok at present but you know the nature of these things, they just creap up on you.
Hopefully some of you can help if I need you and I can help in my moments of 'clarity of thought'!
