I just want to be carefree, for a day

I have had HA for 4 years. I have a wonderful husband and 3 beautiful children aged 3, 5 and 7.

My HA revolves around dying and leaving my children behind. I see mothers walking with their children and at the park etc and I want so badly to be happy and carefree like they are.

To have my mind rid of these daily torments seems so out of reach - why us?? What did we do to deserve this torment??

I HATE this disease.

You have to lose the focus and not let it take over and give it no value at all.

What does it matter if you are ill ? So what? If you get ill you will deal with it.

Try looking at things that way. I do

I am trying, very hard. Some months are easier than others, I am just unfortunately in the middle of a very bad, dark month.
