new here , hope i get some answers / help

A friend suggested she thought I may be suffering from ptsd so thought I'd do some fact finding , within 2 clicks of a button I think she's right. Need to go to my gp . Not very gd at speaking up for mysel though. I tend to rattle even just trying to leave the house Any advice appreciated .

I am sorry for your current situation.
The best suggestion I can offer is to contact your GP surgery and either ask for a home visit, or a telephone consultation with your doctor, most practices offer this service now. They would be able to lead you in the right direction, perhaps counselling the help you deal with the PTSD or medication to see you through this difficult time.
