Not many in my experience, at first a bit of euphoria, like the anxiety has gone away completely ,bloating, a drunk feeling and blurred vision. That it what happened to me at first, but I found there are a lot less side effects from Pregabalin than some SSRI's, but I am very sensitive to medication. I do take other tablets apart from the Pregabalin, so that may have influenced the effect that it had on me.

this stuff worked for me, but the headaches & dizzyness were bad.
i asked my doc to wean me off, cos it was causing me problems.

but as i said - my anxiety did go away ...
