Is this a symptom of anxiety??

I just was want to know if this feeling im getting is an anxiety symptom its like a flu type feeling a bit like a chill but your hot with it. and how do i get rid of it as important at work and feel rubbish and its worrying me :'( x

hi yes it can be ,its addrenlin rushing around your body .makes you fel hot ,,,or cold or sweat ,its not nice ,x
